1. Information We Do NOT Collect
We believe in strict data minimization. Our applications do not require you to provide sensitive personal identification numbers (e.g., Social Security, Aadhaar, PAN numbers), government credentials, biometric scans, or financial account credentials to use our core features.
2. Information We May Process & How It Is Used
Depending on the specific application downloaded and the features you interact with, our apps may process the following categories of information:

Device & Hardware Diagnostics: Device manufacturer, hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), system language, and screen resolution. This information is processed strictly to optimize visual rendering, resolve device-specific compatibility issues, and deliver appropriate localization.

Crash Reports & Performance Metrics: In the event of an unexpected application crash or stall, anonymized diagnostic traces (stack traces, memory allocation state at crash time) are collected via Google Play Vitals or Firebase Crashlytics to enable our engineering team to rectify bugs.

App Usage Statistics: Aggregated, non-personal metrics such as session duration, screen interactions, and feature engagement, used solely to enhance application workflows and user experience.
3. Third-Party Services & SDK Disclosures
To ensure stable operation, secure cloud infrastructure, and appropriate monetization, our applications may integrate reputable third-party software development kits (SDKs). These third parties process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

4. User Data Deletion Policy (Account & Data Erasure)
In accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy, all users possess the fundamental right to request the complete deletion of any personal or diagnostic data associated with their use of our applications.
How to Request Full Data Deletion:
- Send an email from your personal address to: contact@smartcraftstudio.in.
- Set the subject line to:
Data Deletion Request - [App Name].
- Include your approximate date of app installation or any associated in-app account ID or Advertising ID (if applicable).
Timeline & Process: Upon receiving your request, our privacy officer will confirm receipt within 24 hours. All associated records, crash logs, and diagnostic entries stored on our servers will be permanently purged within 48 to 72 hours. Confirmation of complete erasure will be emailed back to you.
5. Children's Privacy & Families Policy Compliance (COPPA)
SmartCraft Studio is committed to protecting children's privacy. For any application directed primarily towards children or families:
- We comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.
- We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- Any advertisements displayed in family-targeted apps are sourced exclusively from Google Play Certified Ad Networks and restricted to child-appropriate, non-personalized content.
- If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at contact@smartcraftstudio.in, and we will delete the data immediately.
6. Android Permissions Transparency
When our applications request permissions on your device, they do so solely to provide advertised functionality:
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to verify app licensing with Google Play and synchronize essential app assets.
- NOTIFICATIONS: Optional, requested solely to deliver critical app updates or user-configured reminders. Users can disable notifications anytime in Android Settings.
- STORAGE / MEDIA (if applicable): Used exclusively when the user voluntarily saves or exports creations, documents, or media locally onto their device.
7. Security & Data Transmission
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (including TLS / HTTPS) to safeguard all data in transit between our applications and servers. Access to internal diagnostics is strictly restricted to authorized development personnel.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy to align with technological enhancements, legal mandates, or evolving Google Play developer policies. The updated policy will always be published at https://smartcraftstudio.in/privacy.html with an updated revision date.
