By downloading or using any mobile application created by SmartCraft Studio from the Google Play Store or authorized channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
All titles, source code, logos, visual assets, trademarks, sound design, and game assets associated with our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of SmartCraft Studio. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or reproduce our apps without express prior written consent.
Our applications are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on compatible Android devices. You agree not to misuse the applications or disrupt the services provided therein.
Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SmartCraft Studio makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartCraft Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
